Never Eat

Yet to be updated but first and foremost … never eat processed convenience food … it is packed with everything that is bad for you.

Same applies to McDonalds, KFC , Chinese and Indian Takeaways, Kebabs etc …

Cakes, biscuits, sugar …

OK, we’re not saying never ever ever … maybe a couple of times a year as a treat but once you get used to eating properly (not dieting) and then you taste these foods, you’ll realise that they actually taste revolting and leave you feeling ill for a few days afterwards.  That is because you are poisoning yourself to line the pockets of the 1%.
